For our local deliveries in Leeds, we have our own van that we use to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your packages. We will soon be getting a van for our Southampton branch as well.

For larger orders and deliveries outside of our local areas, we hire full insured drivers on a case-by-case basis. This allows us to ensure that your order is delivered safely and securely, as some orders may require specific handling or transport methods due to their size or weight.

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a 5-day return policy. Please note that a 10% handling fee and additional haulage charges may apply.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the item is in good condition, we will process your refund. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.
