Order Queries

We do offer international shipping to customers all over the world. However, since shipping costs can vary depending on the destination and package size, we kindly ask that customers send us an email to inquire about shipping rates. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you in finding the most affordable and efficient shipping options available for your order.

We offer two delivery options for our customers: Next Day delivery and Standard Delivery. With Next Day delivery, your package will be delivered on the next business day after placing your order. With Standard Delivery, your package can take up to 4 business days to arrive.

Please note that if we have a delivery going to your area before the estimated delivery date, we may be able to offer earlier delivery. If you would like to inquire about the possibility of receiving your package earlier, please don't hesitate to give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For our local deliveries in Leeds, we have our own van that we use to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your packages. We will soon be getting a van for our Southampton branch as well.

For larger orders and deliveries outside of our local areas, we hire full insured drivers on a case-by-case basis. This allows us to ensure that your order is delivered safely and securely, as some orders may require specific handling or transport methods due to their size or weight.

We are committed to providing the best possible delivery service for our customers and will work with reputable carriers as needed to ensure your package is delivered on time and in good condition.

Returns & Refunds Queries

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a 5-day return policy. Please note that a 10% handling fee and additional haulage charges may apply.

If you do wish to return your product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the item is in good condition, we will process your refund. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.
